Driftwood Wall-mount Accent – “CAPTURED SUNSET”
Incorporating driftwood personally collected from the shores and beaches of Prince Edward Island.
Possibly an off-cut from a building project, this driftwood appears to have been dimensioned. Cleaned, lightly sanded where possible, and clear-coated.
Flatness of wood allowed for branding, a rarity for my pieces.
14-Gauge copper wire hanger installed.
One personally handcrafted, copper dragonfly, glows like a CAPTURED SUNSET.
Finish colour achieved by heating the copper; flaming. No paints or inks were used.
